New Community Page Idea

NEW COMMUNITY PAGE -  Random Gifts Across The World  (Special acts of kindness and love)

Hello all my lovely friends here on Facebook. As you know, helping people and kindness feature a lot in my everyday life. I am an energy light worker, healer and spiritual adviser, and everything I do in my life's work involve care, love and healing on many levels.
Way back in February I joined a Facebook group called "Random Acts of Love". It was specifically for Valentines day and the idea was this. (from their timeline)

"Lets share some love this valentines day.... please make a token gesture of love and leave it somewhere for a stranger to find with a note asking to pay the love forward. Lets share the love and spread a few smiles this valentines day! Please invite all your friends to take part and feel the warm fuzzy feeling of making someone happy :) We'd be really pleased if you can post a picture to share the love even further ♥"

The group started with about 6 people, which (much to their surprise and delight) escalated over a weekend, and at the last count there were 134 likes.
Many people were out and about all over the country (and some overseas) leaving lovely acts of love gifts for a random person to find.
This concept excited me, the act of unconditionally giving and making someone smile was such a great thing to do, I was soon on board. I decided to go to Norwich Riverside and leave a few of my gifts randomly in places for people to find. They ranged from a seat at the station, a table on the train, In coffee shops and even in a basket of a bicycle parked outside a supermarket.
These were my little random gifts of sweets, hearts and crystals left all over Riverside in Norwich on February 14th (Valentines day) After that, the group seemed to fade, and i felt a little disappointed that the energy was diminishing after the initial excitement and love that was felt.

On Mothers day, I left one of my poems as an act of love for all mums in The Bridge in Acle, on their tables, which the lovely Vanessa (landlady) helped me to distribute. We stayed for lunch so got a sneaky look at the delight and smiles on the faces of the mums who received them

It is shortly afterwards I saw a post on Facebook and decided to campaign for Suspended Coffee's where I spent a happy few days in Norwich, dropping leaflets and asking the local coffee houses to become involved in this act of kindness.
For those who have not heard of suspended coffee's, may I enlighten you. You go to a coffee shop who is participating (some Costa Coffee's are now involved), you buy one coffee for yourself (or a food item) and you buy another to be "suspended" for someone who is in need of a coffee. They may be homeless, broke, a student, or just cant afford to get a coffee, and they can ask if there are any suspended coffees available, and have a drink on us.
The coffee houses never lose out because the coffee is already paid for, so another way of spreading the love.

These are a couple of links

Around the same time I joined a crystal swap event on Facebook, which is now a group called "Crystal Gifting - Lighting Up The World" You find someone in the group who you connect with, privately swap addresses, buy a crystal especially for them (under £5 incl postage), and they swap back. I find the concept of this amazing, and the love that is spread within and beyond the group, and the abundant positive energy, have brought back the immense feeling of satisfaction to me once again.  One lady in the group wanted to send people a swap but instead of us swapping back, she wanted us to leave a crystal for a stranger, somewhere randomly they would find it. Well I was back in the realms of what I believed in once again, and so a friend and I went to a lovely place called Fairhaven Water Gardens in South Walsham, and we left a few little crystals in bags tied to trees and left on benches. A few weeks later, I felt the need to do this again to give back to others for all the lovely crystals I had been sent, so with a couple more friends, we went back the Fairhaven once again and left a few more crystals.
Splinter Groups have now been formed for Crystal Skull enthusiasts, where a group of crystal skulls are travelling around the world "Travelling crystal skulls" and even a few of us are going to Glastonbury for a retreat in September. A great way to connect with like minded people, and share our interests and therapies.

The feedback from lots of people in the groups was immense, and really positive, and so many wanted to embrace this idea, I had to act upon this.  This is where my little plan that I start my own community page for just this!!.

The concept is easy. You make or buy a small gift (ie little patchwork hearts, tumble stones or crystals, poems, inspiring words, dried flowers, little cards) anything that will make someone smile who finds it. *I did leave sweets and chocolates, but found that people were reluctant to eat them in case they had been "tampered with". That is another story covered by one of my earlier blogs "Random Acts of Love" and will explain all.

You attach a small card to it saying something like " This little gift has been left for you as a random act of love, please enjoy it and pass the love forward", or say anything you want, but the main thing is, that it is left in a prominent place for someone to find.  I found in the past that parks, coffee houses, places of interest that people visit, woodland walks, or even along the road that you live in, is a great place to leave gifts. Some have left them in libraries, cinema lobbies and community centres, where the love is spread and the energy continues to bring life back to the people who find them. The only place I would not suggest to leave them in is shops. I think if you found one and put it into your bag, it could be misunderstood for shop lifting and could cause embarrassment and trauma.

Anyhow, this is my proposal. I am hoping that all the crystal swappers and travelling skull lovers, globally will embrace this concept and enjoy the pleasure of giving, and passing the loving energies forward around the world. Not for any gain, not for recognition, just for an act of kindness and love.

Yes it will be a global community and I want as many people to come and join us, and post their pictures and stories of their experiences, and spread this loving energy.

Would any of you be interested in joining a loving community like this?

Your comments would be appreciated <3

Mister Brown Visits London (and appears at the O2)

Hi there lovely Skullie fans
Since my last post, I have been a busy bee getting ready for my performance with the Rock Choir at the O2 in London.
We travelled down to Kent on the Friday 5th July, just the day before, so that we could chill out and have a little pamper (That's me, not Mister Brown) Had some lovely sparkly gels done for my nails and Mister Brown had a little rest in the fruit bowl of all places. He was happy there watching us being pampered lol
Lounging on an Apple

We are ready for the Off

We left just before lunchtime for our exciting trip to the O2 near Greenwich in London. It was only about 40 minutes drive from where we staying and so we arrived around 12.30pm. We found a nice Costa and had lunch. Mr Brown enjoyed sitting with us. Apparently he needed no food or drink! (so he said)
Posing at Costa Coffee

Arriving at the O2 on a sunny afternoon

After lunch we went for a walk around as we were very early. I was so excited to be performing at the O2 with around 11,500 other choirs from around the country, and wanted to meet up with my friends from my own Norfolk/Suffolk choir.  The others, had talked Mister Brown in the experience of a Pub so we ended up going to The Slug & Lettuce for a couple of medicinal snifters before the event

Gazing around at the views in the pub

Soon I was at the event and sitting with the Choir. The place is huge and overwhelming, and the sound of thousands of  voices singing in harmony was fantastic and very emotional. Mister Brown took it all in his cool stride as he sat in my pocket listening to the songs.

Waiting for the event to start at the O2

After an immensely enjoyable time (and it was over way too soon) I met up with my family who had been sitting way up on a higher level watching the performance. We went off to eat (again) at a place called Wagamamas. Mister Brown wanted to know what we were eating, so we showed him exactly what he was missing, not needing food or drink!

Experiencing the food at Wagamamas

On our way home Mister Brown reminded us that he had come from Canada, and that Michele (his friend he lives with) would maybe like to see him with Micheal Buble. He is appearing at the O2 the same week as we were lol

Very tired but ecstatic, we went home to rest, and on Monday, we returned home. Mister brown had a well earned rest on my Amethyst cave to re-energise him and rid him of any unwanted energy he may have picked up on his travels. He was also introduced to my own new Skull (no name as yet, I think she may be a bit shy).

I do hope he has enjoyed his time with us in Reedham, Norfolk. I will be sorry to see my lovely Mister Brown leave our home, but I do know he will have so much fun with his new host Sue Cowie, who only lives about 12 miles up the road, and she has so much for him to see and experience, including her nawty Ninjas
Happy travelling, we will sure miss you x

Conversations With Mister Bown

I decided I wanted to find out more about my little house guest, and as others had sat and meditated with their skulls, I thought I would "have a go."

We connect quite easily and the first thing he gave me was the year 1929. He showed my lots of other skulls, carved African heads and spears. I asked him where these pictures were from and the answer I received was "Africa, Namibia". He was shipped to the UK in 2005.

I thanked him for his insights and left it at that as I was going out.

Mister Brown as he should be x
This morning I thought I would have another converse with my little brown friend and when I took him into my hands, I got so many images of other skulls again, all different colours, sizes and shapes, some were really stunning. He was in a huge collection of minerals that were sold to a Canadian trader around 2007-2008. I asked how the date 1929 was significant. It seems it was when he was taken from the rock face in the "deep dark mine"

I felt quite emotional holding him and thanked him for his story. I said that we were off for a very special weekend tomorrow.
I asked him if he liked his eyes and the answer straight away was, "I don't really need eyes to see" lol. He went back to telling me how he came from a big place with lots of friends there. He was called "Skull Brain" and he didn't like that name at all!
He enjoys being here and will be sad to go, but he does want to enjoy his onward travels.
He showed me paintings of leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and I think that is reference to either Namibia, or where he was in a big collection.

So I am really pleased to have connected wit this little guy x

The Tales and Travels of Mister Brown

First off, I must tell you all who Mister Brown is. You see, some of you may think he is a friend (which of course he is) but he is a very special friend. He is visiting me on his trip across the globe, before he returns home to his companion Michele Nash in Canada.
He is a very handsome, crackled Brown Agate Skull, with a lovely little window on top of his head where you can sort of look into. He arrived with me on Saturday 22 June after flying across the pond, only to find himself in not so sunny England! I carefully unpacked him and gave a little squeal of delight! I popped him outside in the rain to freshen up and after resting in the sunshine (it did evetually come out) put him upstairs on my angel altar to meet and chill out with a few crystal buddies.

 The Handsome Mister Brown
Here is the window to "see in"

We were lucky enough to have a supermoon full moon on Sunday night so along with my other crystals, Mister Brown had a lovely moonbathe

Mister Brown sitting on a large Quartz cluster, chillin out and waiting for the moon beams

For our fist trip out, Mister Brown, Phil and I, went to the Royal Norfolk Show on Wednesday 26 June, which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
In the evening I took him to choir practice where Ian, our choir leader, sat him on the keyboard for him to enjoy the singing and dancing....He looked quite happy sitting on Ian's keyboard, and endured my singing and wrong dance moves without any tittering!

More travels soon and a very, very special outing for Mister Brown and me next weekend....
Until then, watch this space.

Guardian Angels - My Thoughts

Hello to readers of my page (and to all new likers, a huge thank you) This blog is about Angels.
Angels are relatively new to me so I can only relate to what has happened over the last couple of years. I have found that there are many subtle signs that angels are close to you. First thing is, you have to summon an angel to you. They never interfere in your life's journey unless it is a matter of life or death, and it is not your time to leave the earth plain, so always ask your guardian angel to come close to you for help and guidance.
Then its really helpful to them if you ask a question in a positive way, like "What more can I do bring abundance / love into to my life?" rather than "I need more money / a new partner"

Signs
I have experienced many different signs that my angels have let me know they are around me. Some are so subtle I almost miss them, whilst others are kindly nudges that persist until I take notice.
White feathers are quite a common sign, those that just float down next to you whether you are outdoors or inside, or are just appear next to you so that you notice them. Butterflies that flutter close by you, and also dragonflies that hover near to you are a sign that your angel is there (even if you can't feel them) Small coins or even buttons in unfamiliar places are also signs, and books or magazines that just fall open at a certain page may give you and answer to a question that was bothering you. Even a song being played on the radio or TV that lodges in your head and you keep playing it over and over again, becomes a significant sign to you...Subtle.

When I have someone for healing or I am just about to start my distant healing, I always ask for my angels to come close to me, and I thank them for working with me for the highest good of all. Now I do not see them as winged people, although I do see hundreds of tiny squiggles that whizz around the room, and they remind me of tiny fairies or light beings. Whatever they are, and they could be angels, I am always pleased to see them.  Sometimes the room does brighten slightly when I ask for an angel's help, especially when it is dark.  I do not hear them as some people do, but I feel a sort of warmth about me, as though someone has wrapped me in a warm blanket, and I feel very secure and calm. That is great if you feel panicky or frightened about a certain situation and is very reassuring. Some people hear music and others see bright lights when an angel is close to them, which are other signs that you are not alone. It is quite common for people to see actual signs or boards with the word ‘Angel’ written on them! Its like they are actually showing you that they are close by. Its down to trust and paying attention to the signs.

Meditation
Those of you who meditate regularly know that the more you practice it, the easier it gets to become relaxed and focussed. When you are in this relaxed state, you may summon your angels to come close and ask them if they would give you a name to call them by. They know that sometimes we find comfort in knowing our angel's name, and by giving us a name to call them by, it validates their exsistence to us. I was given the word "Emarulde" when I asked, and although I can find no meaning to this name, and I have looked on the internet;  one day I am sure it will be revealed to me, if it is necessary for me to know its meaning.
There are many Angel meditation cd's on the market that guide you through a meditation, and where you can meet with your angels and ask them for help and guidance, I quite like these as they help with my visualisation (something I find not an easy thing to do). Whatever way you choose to meditate or however you get to your relaxed state of awareness, ask for help and however subtle, look for signs that the angels are answering you.

Hope this little blog answers a few of your questions. Please feel free to comment on this blog, and I will try to get you an answer, even if I don to know myself, I will ask for an answer for you.

LIFE WORKS (And how yours can too)

Hi there friends old and new.
Just a few thoughts and ideas that have been rumbling round in my head over the past few weeks. I think maybe this is the right time to put them out to the universe.

As you know, I am an energy worker/natural healing therapist, which is a bit long winded, so I am thinking of making it easier and shorter. How about : Energy Healing Therapist? your comments and ideas would be gratefully received.

My work means the world to me and so do the people I connect with, and we offer healing and help to turn lives around for the highest good. It seems I am destined for this work on earth, as needy people are sent to me for help, whether it be at a bus stop, a coffee shop, through mutual friends; but its through the wonders of the internet where I seem to work most.
I work with spirit (souls passed over from this earth), crystals, universal energy, and with Angels (from the angelic realms and higher planes) to offer hands on healing and distant healing to whoever needs it (unconditionally), and distant healing is sent every night! I have a healing book where names of loved ones, friends, family and animals are written, and those receive the healing energy every night. Once in the book, the names are there always. The universe knows who needs it the most at any given time, and when they need it less, the energy goes to the needy ones, how cool is that!
But what many of you may not know is that I also offer guidance to people all over the world. Somehow, they contact me when they may be at their lowest ebb and in the most pain, having seen my page on facebook, or read some of the inspirational words and pictures posted on there. I can offer healing support, love and channelled guidance to help them feel better, coupled with positive healing energy, it seems to help.
It is only now, that I feel I can tell more people about this work. If I do all I can to bring more love and healing to this world, I am a very happy and content person.
Financially rich, I will never be lol, but abundance in many other ways flows to me by the feedback and kind words expressed by those people who connect with me.

So if its something small to you or something so big you are overwhelmed by it, you only need connect and help and advice will always be offered, and healing and love sent. If I can't help, I know a lot of helpers who are just waiting to be asked..........<:O)

*To add names to my distant healing book, please post in the comment box below, private message me, or comment on my daily thread posted on my facebook page

Energy In Colours

Don't you just hate grey cold days? Miserable and absolutely devoid of colour. I was griping today to someone on Facebook about this latest cold snap, and how depressing it is. Yes it was even getting to me as well which is an unknown thing as I am usually of a sunny nature.
A little while later I was in the bedroom leaning up against the radiator for warmth, looking out of the window when the sun came out from behind the clouds.
Slowly at first, I began to feel less in the dumps and within a few of minutes was feeling really good. Now I know that a bit of sun on you can do you the power of good, but I actually was feeling uplifted and sort of energised. I looked around me Intrigued to know why I was suddenly feeling so much better when I noticed a beautiful rainbow right over my heart Chakra, a reflection from the hanging crystal in the bedroom window which was being absorbed through my aura and into my heart centre. It's colourful vibrations were having an effect on my whole being.
It was an eye opener about all the colour therapy and crystal workshops and courses I attended, which had somehow been filed away in the drawers of my mind and forgotten about. I had to act upon it of course, as my life work is to promote healing and bring guidance to everyone for their highest good.

Bringing some colour into a dull grey day is like turning on a light. If you are cold, wearing warm colours like reds, oranges and yellows will have an effect on how you feel inside and out.
A couple of nights ago I was feeling a little deflated and low in energy. A friend mentioned holding some orange crystals to warm me up and give me some energy. I went and found some orange calcite, a couple of carnelian tumble stones, and some amber. I sat and held these stones, turning them over in my hands until they began to pulse, and I could feel the energy warming me and lifting my spirits. A great uplifting experience for anyone feeling tired, cold or low in energy.
It also works in reverse if you are anxious, stressed, or hyper, having too much energy. Holding Amethyst, Blue Lace Agate, and Rose Quartz will have a calming and balancing effect as it tunes into your own persoal energy system, which in turn will allow you to feel calm and relaxed. Wearing cool colours also have the same effect.
I used to have a conservatory where the top opening windows had a pattern on them in blue, mauve and green. When the sun shone through the windows, the colours were reflected all around the conservatory, and on the floor. We only had One dog back then, but we also had five cats. They would all seek out these colours to lay in, sometimes all laying together in the one spot of colour. They hadn't been on any colour therapy courses, they just seemed to have a built in knowing that the colour vibration and its energy was beneficial to them.

Back in history, some churches with stained glass windows would have healing times scheduled so that they corresponded with the strength of the sunlight that shone through them, seating people that were poorly to be bathed in the colours that streamed in.
We are all energy and we all vibrate and resonate at different frequencies, and the frequencies of different colours, tune into us, to bring balance back to our lives, for a whole, beneficial, healing experience.
More on Colour at a later date. Hope you enjoyed this snippet.

Choices

Hello lovely ones.

Today I am having a little rant. I strongly believe everyone has choices. Sometime we make the wrong choice, sometimes we make a choice out of respect for another person's feelings, and sometimes we make happy choices which change our lives for the better. The common factor is, that we ALL have the choice!

Therefore, I get very cross when organisations make compulsory choices for their work staff. The only choice the people have, are to go along with what their employers want, or to leave the job that they really enjoy. This is often thrust upon them through bureaucracy, and inflexibility.

Take 'team building' for instance.  Lots of companies have team building days which are said to be beneficial to all and are supposed to bring a team of co-workers together. But there are also people who are the greatest team members, who feel very uncomfortable with "role play", and feel that this 'forced' day of bonding is a total waste of time. Unfortunately though, it is a 'compulsory' day, where they have to attend even though it makes them feel humiliated, even though they disagree with its principles. Because they seem to have no choice.
Wouldn't it be great if every employer respected their loyal employee enough to be able to make their own choice to attend a 'team building day', instead of telling them they have to.

Me, I love role play, so if I had the choice, I would attend these days, happily. I may not agree that it will change the way a team works together in everyday employment, but because I love to interact with others, and like to understand how people find their way around obstacles, in ways that maybe I hadn't thought of...But that is me.  I feel strongly that if someone who does not want to attend, and in fact finds the whole role play thing a total embarrassment and a waste of their time, should have the choice to not take part.

Choice should be made compulsory in the workplace, and not when it suits the employer......
Rant over....Have a nice day xxx

SOMETHING FOR YOU TO FIGHT NASTY BUGS

FIGHTING DISEASE WITH YOUR OWN ARMY

This blog is about how you can learn to fight off and kill nasty things in your body, like viruses and mutant cells, and you can do it yourself!
When I trained in Hypnosis, I learned that the mind could not tell the difference between something real, and something that was vividly imagined. For those who find it difficult to understand this concept, I can give you a couple of examples.
How many people have watched a film or fictional TV programme, only to find they get so involved with the story that they cry at the sad parts, feel happy when everything works out, and feel frightened or shocked at the scary parts?
How many of us have had a dream, either bad or good, that has made us react emotionally and stayed in our minds for some hours afterwards?
We rationally know that it’s only a story, and not really happening, but our mind sees the pictures as real and as such has an inbuilt protection system that triggers off the fight or flight reaction. That releases the adrenalin into the system that makes our hearts beat faster, and sends blood pumping to the muscles in our arms and legs, so that we can be ready to either fight for our lives, or run for the hills to escape. It is an inbuilt part of our anatomy and is automatic, without conscious thought. It also releases the same emotionally charged endorphins that can make us cry or laugh,
without us even thinking about it. We become so involved in the story, that we really believe it to be happening.
That is how affirmations or journey statements work for us (or against us). When we truly believe in something, whether positive or negative, our mind takes this on board, and sends messages to our body to react in a certain way.

Positive affirmations or statements, repeated every day help us to feel more positive about the things we want to change in our lives, and the negative things we tell ourselves over again, or the nasty little voice in our heads that affirms that we are too fat, ugly, or not good enough, will also have a detrimental effect to our lives as well. That is where the brilliance of the imagination can work wonders!

I used to suffer with colds and flu, like everyone does in the winter months. I hated feeling so poorly and ill, so I decided to do something about it. Now bear with me with this, and remember what I said before about the imagination.
I began to practice a visualisation method in a relaxed state, where I created an army of defenders inside my body. They normally sat on the hillside, in luxury yurts cleaning and polishing their weapons, ready to attack anything that dared to invade my body! When I got the slightest tingle in my throat or nose, I sent them out to destroy the invaders (viruses), and because it was my own creation, I gave them the best weapons there were to “kill off” the invaders, and each time they destroyed the monsters (that’s how I saw them) they split into two, and become a stronger and even more powerful army.
I use them to this day, whenever I feel under the weather. I ask them to send out a scouting party to see if a full scale alert is necessary. Then I ask them to “go to battle” and away they go.……
It is truly amazing how this really works for me. Within hours, I begin to feel much better, and the cold usually never develops, as it is zapped before it can take hold.
I visualise my army as futuristic defenders (a bit like in Star Wars). They are strong, highly intelligent, and fit looking young men that protect me from anything that tries to invade my body. In return, they get the very best pay, food, and time away to rest (in small groups). I have even assigned them helpers who have volunteered to cook, clean, and look after their every need, which they happily undertake for me.
Now you have to remember I have had this army for some years now, so they have developed and become a really powerful ally for my body. There are millions of them to attack the nasty invading germs and viruses. Incidentally, my viruses look like small black hairy monsters that are a bit like cave men with clubs and spears. No match at all for my lovely warriors ha ha!
The thing is, you can have the same powerful army within your own bodies that you have created for yourself. They can be anything you want them to be as the imagination has an endless supply of creativity for you to use. Your army will look after you, protect and keep you healthy if you are prepared to release them into your system to do their work.

I worked with lots of people suffering from illnesses that invaded their bodies, such as Lupus, Arthritis, MS, and Cancer. They agreed to give it a try, and within a few days, they began to feel better, and more positive about their future, knowing they had that help from within. Some even had positive results when they had their hospital check ups, so it really does work.
They created their own armies, and visualised their invaders as whatever they wanted to.
Some were green blobs or red aliens, others chose little devils. It matters not what you imagine them to be, or what you call them, and your army can be made of futuristic warriors like mine, or snipers, knights, or whatever you feel will do the job. It’s the results that matter most, and the more vivid your creations are, the more powerful they become.
As you begin to feel and see the results, they will become an integral part of your life. Always remember to reward them well, and thank them for their ongoing part in your health and life, and you will be surprised by the results.

Give it a try, and let me know how you get on. If you need further help with this subject, please email me at trish@energy-for-life.co.uk or inbox be privately on Facebook. I will help as much as I can.
Love, light, n laughter

Orbs........

I am really interested in orbs. I believe them to be light beings that are just showing us that they are around.  They seem to be attracted to large gatherings, especially parties and celebrations, although this is not always the case.  Hubby and I went to a place called The Cave of Los Verdes in Lanzarote back in 2004. He took this photo of me as I walked through a huge cave that they used for music events, and this is how it came out.
The Cave of Los Verdes in Lanzarote 2004

Some people believe it is dust on the camera lense or maybe some trick of the light, and I am aware that yes, sometime it may be, but when you see two pictures that were taken within 5 seconds of each other, like the ones below which was taken at my daughter's hen night in 2009. I actually saw this drop in through the lense as I was taking it, yet it could not be seen through the naked eye.

Picture 1
Picture 2
Some people are lucky to be able to see them for real, and I am so envious of them. Mind you, if I could, then I think I would be seeing so many of them through my healing work, it would be very distracting!

Orbs are nothing to be afraid of, as I truly believe they are just another validation that we live on after death, and loved ones and angels are always with us, especially at places of gatherings. I have a few more pictures that were taken at different times, and the orbs are present in these too

I am quite happy for people to say they are digital camara anomalies, and I respect everyone's opinions about how and why orbs are formed. There is enough stuff on the internet that can tip the balance either way. Its just my belief and what I feel comfortable with, it brings me the validation I ask for, and the comfort in knowing that one day, I too will fly with the orbs when I cross over to the rainbow bridge xxx

I welcome your comments and thoughts about these pictures, and would love to see some posted on my page too xxx

Angels.

I just had to write this story about how I became friends with my angels. People who know me know I am just a regular person ( a bit silly but fairly down to earth). I do not follow any particular religion and am logged as a Jedi on the British census, something I did as a joke but then so did thousands of others, so now is known as a religion!
So there you have me, a spiritual person, energy worker and healer, lover of creatures and nature, and obsessed with crystals and fairies (and singing with the Rock Choir)
I have always believed in fairies, and as a small child would spend hours in the garden looking for a glimpse of light, and conversing with them.

I consciously became a healing therapist way back in 1996, after spending hours of training to be a hypnotherapist (and loadsa money lol) To be fair, I did enjoy my work as a hypnotherapist but felt the need to do something different, more spiritual, with less paperwork!
I realised that I could feel energy through my hands and pass this energy to others, when I attended a healing workshop. I had found my niche!  I started out at spiritual fairs in and around Dartford, gaining experience by having a seat in the corner of the room, offering healing for people who were passing time waiting for their readings.

I soon gained confidence and insight, and after completing my Reiki training, worked from home, first off in the conservatory, then eventually in one of the bedrooms. Here I would hold donation healing clinics where people could come and experience healing, and I would not have to ask for a fee (something I have always had a problem with). I loved this work, and within 2 years, I had quite a following. The donations allowed me to undertake further workshops to gain more "tools" for my "toolbox".
In 2000, we decided to "escape to the country" and moved to the Yorkshire Dales. Off we went with dreams of me having a healing room built in the very large garden that we bought with Rose Cottage.
Whereas in Kent, I was pretty well known and trusted, in a rural farming village I was not known and the more down to earth Yorkshire folk whom I love dearly were not really into "all this ere ealing stuff tha likes" (Oh dear I am digressing again, sorry)

Angels....Oh yes...  I find myself now living on the Norfolk Broads, back into healing in a big way, and doing lots of guidance and energy work, at home in my little healing room, at events, and actually a great deal of my work, over the internet via Facebook.

About this time last year, I got into a discussion in a closed group on Facebook about Angels. I said that I wasn't really into angels as they were attached to religion and the bible, and god, and I wasn't religious. Poor angels!!  Well I was informed by a very special lady (thanks Margaret West) that angels were indeed light beings, not attached to any particular religion, and solely there to help us mortals in need. They are there for us whatever religion we are (or not), whatever we have done in the past, whatever our beliefs are, and totally non judgemental. Just to guide and help us along life's bumpy highway if we should just ask for their help. Apparently they cannot intervene on their own in times of need, unless it becomes life threatening I think.(Margaret, you can correct me if I am wrong on this one)  We have to ask for their help, and then they are always there for us.  They do keep watch over every ones of us, but we need to acknowledge them, and ask for their guidance, for them to be able to connect to us.

I began to open myself up to the angelic realm, and found that they were indeed there for me (and have been all along). I now fully embrace them and they help me with my guidance and energy work, and I am so blessed to have found them at last. I have a guardian angel called Emarulde, who is with me always, and am also very humbled to have Archangel Michael who works with me on a daily basis.
As I work through the Ascension and the raising of vibrations, which for me, began last year, I continue to become more aware of people in need, and am guided to connect with them and channel healing and positive energy to help them.
I am convinced that the angel's guidance help me, and give me the energy and insight to continue with the work that I love so much, and I will forever be blessed by their love and presence.

Random Acts of Love ~ 14 February 2013

I just had to tell you all about what I, and over a thousand others acomplished yesterday.
A Facebook group called Random Acts of Love, thought up by Lucy Axton & Kristen Clark thought it would be a lovely idea to create an event, to brighten up people's days by randomly leaving small gifts, notes and cards in strategic places all over the country on Valentines Day.
Attached to them were little notes, informing the people that they had been chosen to receive a random act of love, and for them to please pay the love forward, or pass the love on, to whoever they met. (I don't think they realised just how big it was going to get lol)
Some gifts were hand made little hearts and cards, others were little purchased gifts. Some of us baked while others sewed and created; but everything was done with love!
I filled organza bags with a couple of Rose Quartz tumblestones, a Green Moss Agate heart, a little red metal heart, and a couple of stuffed patchwork hearts I found at my local garden centre.
I should have stopped there really but I got so excited by this idea, I bought a few packs of fizzy Love Hearts, and a couple of packs of chocolate hearts as well. I ended up with 14 little love gifts, their little notes attached, all ready to take to Norwich where I was to randomly place for people to find.

I awoke to galeforce winds and lashing rain against my windows, but was that going to put me off? No it wasn't!, I was determined to go whatever the weather! Just getting ready for the off when i got a text from hubby telling me that there were no trains into Norwich from Lowestoft and Yarmouth due to flooding at Brundall Gardens. I really felt downheartened by this, having no other way to get there. I checked the live departures website and it said trains were running. I thought I would go to the station anyway, having a back up from a lovely friend who said she would come and pick me up if the trains were cancelled (Thanks Sam) I walked to the station and felt the rain and winds easing a little, and to my delight, the trains were running, albeit a bit slow, andI could get to Norwich after all.

I left my first gift undercover inside the waiting area. Afew minutes later, a couple came along and went in there only to walk past and ignore the gift as if it was invisible. It dawned on me then, that this was not going to be such an easy task as I had first thought. Maybe we as a nation find it hard to accept gifts from strangers, and that we are not worthy of such things. Just a thought.

We all boarded the train and headed off to Norwich. I left a gift on the seat as I left the train (that was easy as I was the last one off)
I left my third gift in the coffee bar on a table and headed to Riverside. By this time the rain had stopped so walking was a lot easier. I wandered around the shops but realised that I couldn't really leave them inside the shops for fear of the people finding them being accused of shoplifting, so had a re-think.
My next gift drop was in Argos, beside the browsing section, and then off for a well earned coffee and a bite to eat in Costa Coffee. I left the little green crystal heart on a table as I walked past, got my lunch and lovely mocha, and sat down where i could see the reaction of people.

Some people gave it a glance and sat at another table, others picked it up and read the label, then placed it back on the table. Not quite the reaction I was expecting. Eventually someone sat at the table and I hope, accepted my little gift in the spirit it was meant. I left another gift on the table where I had sat and quietly left.
Off to Morrisons to get some shopping, I left one gift on the free taxi phone, and another in the shopping trolly park in an empty trolly. Just as I was leaving, I saw a lovely bicycle with a basket on the front. The basket had been decorated with lovely little pink roses and was crying out for a gift to be left there, so I obliged lol. That is when the sun came out as well.

On my walk back to the station, I left a gift on the car park ticket station machine, and one in the station's ladies loo, by the soap dispenser.
Having three little gifts left, I boarded the train and left a packet of chocolate hearts on the table to the right of me.
Settling in my seat, I was feeling very happy with what I had acomplished.  A young girl came along and sat at the table with the gift on; she asked if she was on the right train, and I said yes (as it happened we were both on the wrong train, but that is a different story lol) She kept looking at the gift on the table beside her, while i was secretly willing her to pick it up, My covert powers of persuasion must have worked because she picked it up, looked at me and read the label out loud to me, finishing up with "do you think I can trust these chocolates?" I replied that of course she could, and what a lovely gesture that was. Totally out of the blue, she asked if I would like a chocolate heart and I was overjoyed that she wanted to share them with me.She told me that she did not have a valentine this year, so this had made her feel loved and very happy. It was then that the announcement came that we were all on the wrong train, so all had to move to the one in front.

The girl sat a few seats up from me, and when the ticket man came round, she shared a heart with him, telling him her story and making him smile too. I must admit it made my trip to Norwich very worthwhile, and i felt all warm and fuzzy inside. As I left the train, I left a gift tied to the driver's door, and my last one on a seat on the platform. I looked across to see if the first gift had been taken, and was pleased to see it had gone.

When I got home and logged on, I read all about other people's stories of their random acts of love, and I felt so blessed to have been part of this lovely gesture of kindness.
This morning, I saw a post on the group's page that someone had found my gift left in Argos, and that made me smile all over again.
These are my Random Acts of Love - Distributed around Norwich Station & Riverside

A Shining Torch To Light Your Pathway

Hello there lovely friends. I awoke this morning to see the snowflakes falling again.  I had just caught up with the Countryfile programme as it had been filmed in my beloved Yorkshire Dales, and they were expressing their concerns about how the poor farmers were going to cope with yet another bad year (weatherwise).
As I came down the stairs the sun came out and although it was still snowing hard, the sunlight sparkled on the laying snow, and lifted my spirits. As I write this blog, most of the snow has now melted and I look forward to a chilly, but sunny morning.

Its very hard to see the sunny side of life when dark clouds hang over us, and everywhere we look its all doom and gloom. But amongst all the darkness, a little ray of hope shines through, just when we think its never going to end.
I have a theory that if we can pick out something positive, when all around us seems negative (like a torch pick outs objects in a darkened room), we can begin to build on this, spread the light, and start to work towards a positive outlook in our own lives.

Take today for instance, a dark, cold, wet, and snowy start to the day, and one small ray of sunshine made all the difference, and before long, the snow melted and the sun was shining out and making everything look bright again.
It is a well known fact the January and February can be the most depressing month's of the year. Heating and Christmas present bills all coming in, the weather at its worst, and the nights seem to drag on forever. But January marks the start of a new year, with more opportunities to be created, and ideas to be formed. February brings love in the air (and not just for the birds and bees) and the days are also becoming longer, and the nights shorter. Nature is stirring and the garden is starting to show its colour once again, with its pure white snowdrops, colourful crocus, and bright yellow daffodills all pushing their way upwards towards the sun.

I believe there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, and I am always here at the other end of a keyboard lol, or phone, to offer guidance and love to you x

Spring is Sprung

I decided that it would be nice to take the doggies out for a walk in the sunshine. So dressed up in my weatherproof coat and wellies we go through the ritual of the dogs going berserk whilst I am trying to put their leads on, making sure I have enough "poo bags", and making sure the camera is not about to run out of batteries, which has happened in the past, usually just when I find the best photo in the world!

All set, we eagerly make off up the lanes and onto the field beyond. The farmers get an incentive payment for cutting the grass around the edges of the fields, I think it has something to do with the flora and forna and to help the wildlife. It is also a fantastic place to let the dogs run, and for me (puffing) to keep up, whilst dodging other people's dog poo (something I really hate). As we turn the first corner, I can see my little demons about 1/4 mile ahead. The little one "Maggie" is never too far away, as she is very insecure and thinks I may just disappear into a puff of smoke. The other two could not give a fig, and although are supposed to be ageing pensioners in the dog world, find it very easy to run just out of shouting distance. By the time I have caught up with them, shouting at the top of my voice, puffing and panting,  "Jess" my 14 year old has rolled in the most smelliest of fox poo! "Spud" thinks it is great fun to scrape his back legs in the grass and flick clumps of it behind him, that fly high in the air and land on me and my coat.

So much for my taking some spring photos as the chilly wind gets up and I decide to head for home. I am sure I can feel a few spits of sleet on my cheeks, so putting up my hood we walk back up the lane towards the house. And there I spy it! Peeking out of the hedgerow amongst the ivy and leaves, a tiny delicate Aconite plant, very bright and yellow. I must take one picture to post on my blog, so putting the dog leads down and stepping on them with my right welly to stop the dogs pulling the camera and making it shake, I bend, camera poised, and snap!! I have a lovely spring picture to show that indeed, Spring has Sprung.  This is just about the time a gust of wind blows and the camera slips out of my hand and falls onto the roadside with a crash.  I gingerly picked it up and turn off the power, but the lense wont shut fully. I poke it a bit, and its little eye partially closes like "Johnny Five" in "Close Circuit", when he is beaten up by the nasty man from the bank. I shove it in my pocket and get home as soon as possible, thinking about all sorts of costly repairs or even a new camera. The dogs by now, have their tales between their legs, knowing their walk is almost at an end. Funny that, as on the way out, they were pulling me all the way along this very same lane. Now, sulking they walk beside and behind me, and all I want to do is get home, warm up and give my poor camera some love.

Arriving back home, I have to close the child gate to lock the dogs in the kitchen, whilst I fill the sink with warm water squirted with a dollop of dog shampoo. I tell hubby that I dropped the camera, and he looks poor "Johnny Five" over. I am sure my man has something magical in his hands, as "hey presto", Johnny's little eye gives a blink, closes, then opens up good as new.

So smelly dogs bathed and dried, cuppa in hand, I sit down to write this blog, which was supposed to be about, spring, and flowers.........Baah.

Spring is Sprung (ish)

Vibrational Healing

I want to tell you about something I experienced on the afternoon of 12 January this year. It was our 40th wedding anniversary weekend and we were spending time with my daughter and hubby in. Kent.
She told me to keep Saturday afternoon free as she had something "planned" for us both. We set off after lunch in the car and headed out onto the motorway. "Now" she said "I will tell you where we are going" She told me she had booked a healing treatment for me with a lady called Fraz Smith who lives in Walderslade, and to be honest, I was a little disappointed, as I had dreamed up all sorts of exciting things, like nails or hair colour, or shopping. I have not had a healing treatment for some time, except for the mutual healing sessions I share with my good friend Sue, which are really lovely.
We turned up at Frazz's house and she welcomed us in with a warm smile. We had a nice cuppa and chatted for a bit, then headed up to the top of the house to her healing room. Trayc came with me and made herself comfortable on a little sofa in the corner.

I laid on the healing couch and was covered with a soft blanket. Fraz told me I was to have a vibrational healing treatment, something I had never experienced before, and had no Idea what to expect
She put on a CD by Anima called Sound Medicine, and sat at my head end with her hands on my shoulders whilst I began to relax to the sounds and music. Warmth enveloped me and although I was not aware of Fraz ever leaving my head end, I could feel warmth right through my body. She almost was cuddling me, occasionally moving my head, or positioning her hands in a slightly different place on my chest, shoulders and neck. I felt as if I was floating above my body, as the frequencies of the music and sounds became a part of me.
This lasted for nearly an hour, after which Fraz moved to my feet with a gentle touch, and then balanced my energy centres.

I have to say it was one of the most profound experiences I have ever had, and I (who does not find it easy to visualise) was seeing faces, colours, bright lights and crystals. Poor Trayc was worried as I had become so still during the treatment, she thought I was dead lol.
We talked about my experiences afterwards and I was reassured that my work with spirit would become easier, and my connection stronger . I had been given new codes to "re-set my soul blueprint" through the vibrational healing, and my vibration was being raised. I was lucky enough to be allowed by spirit to purchase this CD, and have been using it every day since. My healing and connection with spirit grows by the day, and my mind is bursting with poetry and inspirational words, which have to be written down with haste (hence these blogs!)

I wanted to share this with you all, so that you will be able to benefit from my healing and guidance, and when the time is right, I will be sharing this wonderful healing experience with my clients.

until that time, I learn, and grow. Thank you Fraz..........Namaste xxx
